Return Policy

Because products from Summit With Ephrem include both physical and digital products, different policies apply depending on the type of item purchased.
Digital Products (Strict No-Refund Policy)
All digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
This includes:
- Photography presets
- Preset packs
- LUTs (including The Wonder LUT)
- PowerGrades (DaVinci Resolve)
- Online courses
- Any digital downloads or creator tools
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access is granted.
Made-to-Order Physical Products
Because physical products are made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact Summit With Ephrem within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Photos of the packaging
Once verified, you will receive one of the following:
- A replacement product at no additional cost
- Or a full refund
Free Returns / Shipping Issues
Summit With Ephrem provides support for shipping-related issues, including lost or delayed packages.
If a package appears lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Returns Not Accepted For
Returns or refunds cannot be provided for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong size
- Shipping delays outside of our control
- Minor color differences due to screen or display settings
- Any digital products listed above
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
